Meet Our Team

Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much

Mission

At Generational Buildings, our journey in construction began with framing houses in 1989, evolving to specialize in building pole barns in 2007. In 2012, a pivotal moment unfolded when I joined forces with my brother Joni to establish Generational Buildings, LLC. Rooted in a commitment to innovation, our focus became the development of wood-framed pole barns featuring a revolutionary concrete pier system, effectively addressing the persistent challenge of rotting posts.

Our foundation is built on the values instilled in us through our Amish upbringing, even though we chose a different lifestyle. The core principles of hard work and a handshake commitment, imparted by our folks, remain the guiding force shaping our identity and business ethos. At Generational Buildings, we embody a legacy of craftsmanship and integrity, ensuring that each structure we create reflects the enduring values that define us.

Our mission is to continually push the boundaries of construction innovation, providing our clients with durable and sustainable solutions that stand the test of time. We take pride in delivering excellence through the fusion of traditional craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology, ensuring that every Generational Building becomes a testament to our unwavering dedication to quality and client satisfaction. As a family-owned company, we understand the importance of building for the future. We are committed to creating structures that not only meet the immediate needs of our clients but also stand as enduring symbols of craftsmanship and reliability for generations to come. Generational Buildings is more than a construction company; it's a commitment to building a legacy of excellence that transcends time.
